The issue of sexual assault is something that I care about very much so I will support any organization dealing with bettering the environment for survivors. I've wanted to go to the University of Cincinnati since I laid my eyes on it but unfortunately couldn't but by helping this group I feel like I'm taking part of something that I care about and part of a place that will always be home.

I am not a student or alumna of UC, but as a Cincinnati native and Walnut Hills alumna, I have many friends and family members who are. These demands are incredibly reasonable, achievable, and reflect best practices for supporting survivors of sexual violence. If the University of Cincinnati cares about making campus safer for all students, they will immediately take measures to match these demands.

I support students for survivors because they know UC does not do enough for survivors. They know the university cares more about its damaged reputation than the safety and wellbeing of its students

The University of Cincinnati is notorious for claiming they support survivors only to protect their reputation and name. UC, you are complicit in rape culture. UC, you are failing survivors. UC, you must do better.
