Simple question? Somebody tell me how you can license, legislate or even restrict a right that is written in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.... Why is Arkansas always the butt end of every joke? This is why, it's raining and everyone is to stupid to get out of it!

The law is clear. The arrest and conviction of Mr. Chambless is a blatant injustice.

The continued violation of our Second Amendment rights have to stop. We need to send a message to our government officials...from the local level to the federal level...this will NOY be tolerated any longer.

The Law is the Law. Just because some do not like it does Not give anyone the right to Deny the "People" of their Rights.

Open carry is a natural God given right. The 2nd Amendment is supposed to be the guarantee that government respects that right. The Arkansas Attorney General needs to rule clearly that open carry is the law in Arkansas and is not to be violated by law enforcement.

What part of the Second Amendment is unclear ? The Bald Knob P.D. has clearly violated the rights of citizens under the United States Constitution, as well as several codes under Title 18 U.S.C. I will be watching and following this matter every step of the way, and will offer assistance in this matter if it continues, and is not resolved in a timely manner.

The law is perfectly written in Arkansas, and was perfectly written into the Bill of Rights ... Shall Not Be Infringed ... I voted for out Attorney General because of her vocal stance for Constitutional Carry, Now it is time for her to give her official opinion!

Arkansas Attorney General needs to do her job in enforcing what is legal when laws have been passed in her state. A state law needs to be treated exactly the same in every county and all involved need to be aware of what is legal.
