Mississippi Residents are entitled to the same rights that are available in 48 out of 50 states in the U.S. Parents should be given the right to choose about which vaccines and at what age they want to inject into their children. Mississippi children should have the right to attend school, and that right should not be taken away on the basis of a vaccine schedule set up by the Health Department. Parents are given the right to choose medical care for their children and vaccines should not be excluded from their Parental Rights. Requiring vaccination, 49 doses by the age of 4, to attend school, is Unconstitutional. A Philosophical Vaccine Waiver gives parents the ability to choose what is best for their children regarding vaccines. It would also, protect children that have already suffered from an adverse reaction to vaccines, and allow them to be able to attend school. The bottom line is, that these waivers are available in every other state in this nation, but one and the same rights should be given to Mississippians. Your support is greatly appreciated!
