Several of my friends are college professors, and each one is gifted and a blessing to all they teach. A "man" should always be paid for his labor.

Such a great staff that are passionate about their teachings and honestly go above and beyond when confronted for guidance, they deserve so much more. This is a shame.

As a veteran attending community school with certain disabilities, I take advantage of ofgetting as much of the help the school gives me, after hours being one of them. I believe by helping them you will help students achieve their dreams. Also they deserve that and more for the dedication to see their students succeed.

Absolutely. Being adjunct is a great experience, but nonetheless teaching others experience, that is still owed on, deserves some compensation.
