Felicia’s father, Eugene Houston will not get to see his child EVER AGAIN because of this racist crackhead scumbag.
His "changing" or remorse doesn't change anything, He shot a 16 YEAR OLD GIRL in the chest with a crossbow because he didn't get his crack.
I encourage people who love justice to contact the Parole Commission and let them know they should deny this waste of skin parole.

you forgot to mention these few facts...Felicia Houston was a 16 year old GIRL with her whole life ahead....she just had the wrong color skin. Felicia loved animals, science and making people laugh. The 10th grader earned good grades at Parkwood High. Felicia wanted to perhaps become a nurse and take care of older people, said her mother, Betty Houston. Felicia often helped two elderly women who lived near their home south of Monroe. After one of the ladies gave Felicia $100 for doing yard work, she told her mom that much money must’ve been a mistake and returned the cash. Felicia, her mother said, always found the good in people. Growing up with three brothers, Felicia had a simple nickname, “Girl.” Eugene Houston said his “Girl” always made him laugh. With her best friend, La-Preé Tims, Felicia would go to the movies, the roller-skating rink or simply hang out. They knew, Tims said, they’d be friends for life. “We just stuck together,” Tims said. “We were supposed to do everything together.” Hinson’s history Where Felicia’s life was full of love and promise, Hinson’s was punctuated by hate. Hinson was a brick mason with a Rebel flag tattooed inside his right forearm. His father had briefly joined the Ku Klux Klan in the late 1960s, the older Hinson stated in court. In 1987, Russell Hinson obtained a permit for the Klan to march in Monroe, records show. The Klan had an active presence in Union County through the mid-20th century but its influence had long waned by the late 1980s. hi I'm Jeffery short Jr I just wanna put in my opinion about Russell... I didn't get to meet him but a few times before he had to go away, but my father and I were married into the Hinson family back in 1994 and I just wanna say that this gentleman would give the shirt off his back to anyone who was in need, also he raised two children that were not his biological children. this man worked his rear end off to provide for his wife and family. I've went to see him a few time while he has been incarcerated and I can definitely see a major change in him, he has two daughters that are now grown adult women and have children themselves and they need there paw-paw in there lives
