I am a backyard beekeeper and who is also allergic to bees. Backyard beekeeping is so very important to our planet it was worth the risk to me. i have found my bees to be no threat at all. They are not interested in stinging but rather busy pollinating my vegetables and flowers and those of my neighbors. I only need to be careful to wear shoes in my back yard just in case i step on one near the hive.

With the decline in bee populations, we should be encouraging backyard beekeepers, not penalizing them!

We need bees! My vegetable garden thanks you for considering to allow people to raise bees. Without bees, we will loose the cycle of life we learned about in 2nd grade.

We need our bees. Please don't destroy the only place they have to live. This is not our planet. We are only simply sharing it with the rest of the animal kingdom.. Please think it threw... Bees are what made this country the way it is. We need them.

Honeybees are vital to everything growing! We should be encouraging this hobby, not discouraging those that are trying to save honeybees!

We have bees on our property and are not a detriment to anyone. We have seen a huge growth in fruit on fruit trees as a result of our bees.

With all the shootings and rampant drugs this is what you are doing with your valuable tax payer funded time? Absolutely disgraceful. Shame on you milcreek township.

I support anyone who wants to keep bees as long as they do the research. We need bees. Its not the townships business.

Please leave the hives. Bees are becoming scarce possibly due to all of the pesticides that we use. Having local bee keepers is needed. The people having these hives care about now only our present, but the future generations as well.
