I don't agree with this notion that harassment is determined by the perception of the alleged victim. There is socially unacceptable behavior that is harassment, but someone is not harassed just because they think they are harassed.

these complainants are using the crown prosecution to harm the defendant for simply contradicting their own harassment campaign.
the case should be thrown out, with damages, and the crown prosecutor disciplined for enabling this.
