I fully support Mr Elliott. A fair and democratic society requires the right to free speech even if, and in many cases when, it offends, upsets or annoys another. Being offended or disagreed with does not give you the right to have that other person punished! Just don't listen!! Ignore. Turn over. Laugh. Or even mount a rebuttal. Mr Elliott has done nothing wrong. The young lad is however are mean spirited bullies.

"Kindly enlighten me as on what plausible grounds were the decisions given by the court ?"

We are losing freedom of speech in Canada. I would hesitate to write a letter to a newspaper or state an opinion because of reprisals.
