The evidence is clear: The campaign to destroy Alan Elliott was premeditated and deliberate. His speech has not risen to the level of harassment, and never has he uttered a threat. His imprisonment and the destruction of his livelihood illuminates the dire need to defend freedom of speech. Especially from those authoritarians who mandate themselves beyond criticism.

Gregory Alan Elliott's trial is a farce, and Canada needs to repeal these draconian speech laws before it tips over the edge from a free democracy to the tyranny of the majority it looks set to become.
