The idea that someone can be held captive whilst in court for something that doesn't even count as a crime, with no victims, is absurd.

This is RIDICULOUS. This man did not threaten, harass or endanger ANYONE. A father of 4 is getting screwed over for the crime of disagreeing with someone.

PLEASE Stop the insanity - WHERE DOES IT ALL END? The notion that somebody vociferously disagreeing with someone else is tantamount to violence is inane, absurd, ludicrous and could only come from the minds of people who are so insecure about the validity of their own opinions and beliefs and stances that they have to hide behind the strong arm of a twisted and politically hijacked legal system to ensure that nobody will ever disagree with them again and damage their all to fragile self esteem. Pathetic. Grow a spine and some skin and get on with your life. If you're so unsure, insecure and embarrassed about your world view that somebody merely strongly disagreeing with you online ruins your life, it's pretty much proof that your great life isn't so great after all - doesn't it. :-) Please go back to kindergarten and (re)learn that everybody doesn't have to agree with you - or not. Perhaps these people should just take all their marbles and go home and stay there!

Freedom of speech is a basic human right, we are swiftly headed towards the world shown in the movie, The Demolition Man where everything we say is monitored and controlled and we need more people to stand up against this.
