I've been following the situation since the beginning. This is a travesty of the legal system in any country. No one should be able to be arrested for simply disagreeing with the tactics used by another individual or group. Without freedom of speech no one can voice their own opinion and nothing can ever get done. If this man is found guilty it will be a slap in the face to our right to freedom of expression. It will further established that feminism has invaded our legal system to the point of becoming untouchable. No feminist should be above reproach no MRA should be above reproach. This man did not threaten them stock them or in any way break any law. He has been treated as though he is guilty until proven innocent. Men deserve equal treatment two women in the legal system. This, however, has not been the case for many years. Women have been getting lesser sentences for the exact same crimes that men commit. Now you are saying that it is a crime to disagree with a woman who insights I hate move on to another individual. If this man is found guilty it will just prove that the government backs the hate movement known as feminism.

The fact that this man is being banned from the net - without ANY proof of wrong doing - is JUST as OUTRAGEOUS as the charges themselves. People like Guthrie and Reilly should NOT be allowed to even SOMEWHAT DISRUPT the lives of others unless there is a CONVICTION - or at VERY LEAST PROOF of "Harassment", enough to jail a person until trial. The tweets I saw from Mr. Elliot are VERY Tame, and Mild - there is NO reason at ALL for ANY investigation of "Harassment" from what I have seen... Good Luck Mr. Elliot and Family
