It is a must that public schools need to be fully and adequately funded by the state. Stop making our great school districts lose students to private schools because of lack of funding. Please!

By underfunding our public schools in MS we are failing ourselves and ensuring a last place finish for our state in areas that matter most.

Someone in your past cared enough to allow you quality education. Don't short today's students. Life is tough enough....

Hold your own legislators accountable. Follow their votes and voice your opinion and get your neighbors to, too. When they know you are watching, they will begin to vote or you can find someone else to take their place.

How can you justify giving money to private and charter schools when you won't fully fund the public schools? Private schools and charter schools can operate on their own dollars -- not those of the taxpayers.

Public schools are vital to our growth as a state. MAEP was established to provide adequate funding for all school districts. I want my tax dollars to support public schools.

ENOUGH! Fully fund our public schools FIRST before violating the MS Constitution and IDEIA with taxpayer money spent on private and parochial schools and business enterprises. Y'all have forgotten why MAEP was passed in the first place. I guess some of us lawyers will have to remind you.
