my grandson who has 3 broken bones in his left hand and is in a cast was suspended for 5 days for fighting. But yet he didn't hit the boy they just went on what the boy said. The boy has bullied my grandson all year. The boy spit in his face and he pushed the boy. Because my grandson never reported the boy they wouldn't believe him. Bullies need to get harsher Punishment .

We must strive to be Christians daily, learning from and being sustained by Jesus Christ, if we are to deserve the name Catholic. Never the less, boys will be boys as they all struggle in one way or another through adolescent changes. Peace and healing be with you all.

Typical of what's going on in America. God forbid, we step on the bull's rights. But what about the victim's rights? Nobody seems to care about his rights. We are now defending evil and shutting out good. Historically, no society can maintain with this way of thinking.

Failure to deal with the aggressor is contrary to what is taught at St Thomas and anti-bullying programs. Seems to be unequally applied.

No wonder they ruled as they did! That family needs to teach that school a BIG lesson!!!! I'm not a suing individual but there are times Lesson a need to be taught!
