If this was a simple matter of town liability as our FS says, then why did he not quietly go to the Resnick's and ask them to sign the indemnification and provide insurance. If they did, the problem would have been solved with no censorship issue. If they refused, then all the pictures should have been removed. Am I missing something here?

I don't know of anyone who works so hard for this town, cares so much about the community and brings more expertise and professionalism to her job than Sue Horton. Thank you Sue Horton for serving Trumbull with such grace. We are lucky to have you.
