I'm hopefully introducing this into a new Illinois law in 2014 (Jan.) as a kidnap, brutally beaten rape survivor. I turned my proposal in stating to be considered THAT RAPE/SEXUAL ASSAULT/MOLESTATION Under the act of violent crime be considered as a premeditated RAPE/SEXUAL ASSAULT/MOLESTATION CRIME. Victims/survivors are children, boys, girls, teens, women and men no matter denomination race or color. Victims/Survivors deserve the Justice to their crime committed upon themselves. No man, women, child, teen, young adult asks to be raped nor deserves it. Stop blaming victims. Place the crime on the sole party who violated a humans right to say No! And Perpetrator violated his/her know. More perpetrators exists outside of prison cells given freedom, many youths self-medicate with alcohol, drugs etc. commit a crime of anger that perhaps a 12-13-19 year old can comprehend or man or woman as well. We have more victims with no freedom from being violated of their human bodies regardless as though no meant no to the victim! Victims become a part of the system not perpetrators. All perpetrators od a sexual crime do need equal sentencing as a premeditated crime, and a long sentence. Take away their freedom not the Victim/Survivors. Courts that allow a perpetrator free because he/she had alcohol, well then if alcohol is really the cause of a premeditated crime wouldn't it also be reality that everyone who everywhere inducing alcohol would be raping eachother? That's like saying a victim wore a short skirt she was asking for it. Where is the common sense? Geez go after the designer, buyer, and store that sells the shorts skirts, blame them because they forgot to attach a sign to the skirt stating, "Beware short skirt may cause you to be raped." Reality is society seems to deny Rape, Sexual Assault, Molestation is a reality, it can happen to anyone, rich, middle class, poor, or poverty, young, middle aged, man woman, child teen of both male/female. In reality a perpetrator hiding behind a bush or walking across repeatedly a neighborhood, apartments without alcohol in them, know as well they are waiting for any prey, a perpetrator does not care who you are but must act out his/her act of violence on his/her prey. So we all need to place blame where it belongs instead of upon others or the victims. Where did society ever learn rape/sexual assault/molestation is ok because the victim caused perpetrator to beat rape kill (etc.) the victim. What about those victims that do die? Do we blame them or they excused by society. Every Victim dies withinthe aftermath of rape/sexual assault/molestation. I know I did. "My soul was murdered, my spirit could no longer fly." Please look deep within your own inner core of those who blame victims, believe in your own opinion who courts should sentence, do not follow the denial of the world, you will be standing there forever. Reality is Rape/Sexual Assault/Molestation with or without alcohol, or drugs, or hey, even cig's, It is a criminal act of a Premeditated Violent Act meaning to hurt another human being, violating their own self worth etc. It is not as if a light goes on and a rapist, molester freaks out and commits the violent act. If true then Everyone would witness it, it would not be in secluded areas. A Perpetrator knows his crime, plans before attack, waits for his break to attack any prey. Please help me in Illinois Help our State Speak Out to Perpetrators NO! MEANS NO! Justice turns to those who need the healing, health care, therapy, etc. it is JUSTICE 4 VICTIMS! Sign please after you search deep with in yourself how you alone honestly view a brutal act of crime. If you know your answer and feel truly within a perpetrator is the only wrong in Rape/Sexual Assault/Molestation. I believe many get wrapped up or agree with society it's the victims fault so they don't fear it could happen to them or a loved one. If it did they would become one of us which society ignores, blames, calls nuts, etc. If you agree it is a Act of Premeditated Crime of Rape/Sexual Assault/Molestation care not what others think, care of the reality of what you yourself truly thinks! You may save a life for the next new victim because of signing this petition and getting perpetrators off the Streets Say NO! to a perpetrators freedom. With justice set a example! That the young, or middle aged, adults, elderly are people like you and deserve to heal. Wouldn't you? Teach victims how to survive and not be shamed by society. Perpetrators with little or no punishment is not a victims faults it's that the system needs change! No! means No! Every perpetrators make victims pay financially for their own healing and healthcare. By signing my petition for my next new law you will be giving a gift of healing to the next and next victim on and on. Don't believe a victim invented perpetrators. Perpetrators created victims!
