Unacceptable! The cluster housing in rural Milton is out of control and not in keeping with why residents choose to live in this community. Not to mention it's causing overcrowding of our public schools.

Stop building cluster homes that are ruining the beautiful landscape of Milton, one of the most beautiful counties around.

We are all annoyed w/the over population, saturation of what is going n in Milton!! DO U NOT SEE ALL HOUSES ON MARKET TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS AREA, TOTALLY PATHETIC ON WHAT YOU HAVE LET HAPPENED. I'LL PACK RIGHT NOW BUT IT WOULD TAKE ME 2 HOURS JUST TO TRY AND DRIVE OVER CITY LIMIT!!!! HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION FROM OUR COUNCIL!!!!!

Mind boggling that the Milton City Council members continue to vote opposite the wishes of what seems to be the vast majority of Milton residents. 100% of Milton residents I've spoken with are against this type of rezoning and development. This needs to stop NOW!

Our roads are already overcrowded and dangerous. I oppose any zoning changes or variances that accelerate development.

No rezoning for lots under an acee in Milton. That was the reason why we moved here

I oppose rezoning AG-1 to less than 1 acre lots. Keep Milton beautiful and don't overcrowd our city....it already can't handle the additional growth.

Keep Milton's original concept of large lots and a beautiful farm lie atmosphere pure! Please don't allow cluster home communities. Milton is sought after for its current concept.

I have serious concerns over the ramifications associated with community sewer. I do not see how the variances are beneficial to the greater community in any way.

Milton City Council continues to approve more and more development without the supporting infrastructure. This is worse than when we were unincorporated Fulton County. The City of Milton continues to ignore its professional staff and allow unsupported and irreresponsible growth.
