The citizens of Milton have spoken, and it is time to put this entire question of sewers, cluster housing and other such zoning topics to bed. We do not want this, and we will not support a city council that advocates for it.

This question has been asked over and over again.The people in this area bought here because they don't want less than an acre lots or lots smaller than that around them.
This is the agenda of greedy people just trying to make more money on property they have recently purchased trying to change the laws they knew were in place when they bought the property in the first place.
The answer is NO to lot sizes smaller than an acre!

The City of Milton came to be because we wanted to preserve the rural feel of our city, keeping it rural and full of horse farms. Stop sleeping with the special interest groups and developers who are only looking to make a dollar at the expense of Milton Citizens.

We do not have infrastructure. This proposition directly opposes what Milton's idea is all about.. we all agreed and VOTED NOT to extend sewer yet it continues to be discussed... WE DO NOT WANT ANYMORE CLUSTER HOMES... OR group septic systems... each home should have it's own system.

We do not need any more cluster housing in Milton. Right now, I know of three different cluster housing project within a mile of me.

If passed this is a precursor of future run down neighborhoods, similar to nice trailer park complexes. Milton needs to keep its standards high in order to keep valuations high.

Milton cannot support urban levels of density. The roads are not designed to accommodate the traffic. The quality of life is already being devastated by hour-long waits on main roads at rush hour.

The ONLY party to gain a benefit from the proposed variances is the builder. Further it sets an irreversible precedent allowing additional similar developments that are unnecessary and out of scope with the established character of Milton.

We moved here from Alanta 20 years ago. At that time it was a quiet, peaceful community - a place where we could keep our horses and ride on beautiful trails. The trails are gone; many of the farms are gone; the peaceful community gone and it seems that we are left with a busy, noisy, crowded city instead of the rural town we loved. Not what we were promised when we voted for Milton.

The reason we moved to Milton is to get away from the cluster homes and the additional traffic they create. I work 5 miles from my house and it can take me 25-30 minutes to get there when schools in.

The City of Milton was voted in so that we could protect this area from becoming high density. This is the only thing that keeps our area unique. Please do what you were hired for and protect rural Milton!!!
