We, the parents of the I Model 2008 Boys’ team, are writing to you regarding Coach Sam Tajik. We are aware of the situation that took place between Coach Sam and one of the players. However, after careful consideration and discussion, we have all agreed to respectfully request that Coach Sam be reinstated to lead our boys in both practices and games for the remainder of this season.

As parents, we greatly value the effort, time, and dedication Coach Sam has invested in our sons.

Under his guidance, the boys have not only developed stronger soccer skills but have also learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and commitment—qualities that extend beyond the field and into their daily lives.

These are the hallmarks of a great coach, and we have witnessed firsthand the positive impact he has had on our children.

For these reasons, we kindly and firmly ask that you allow Coach Sam to continue with the team until the end of this season.
