My car broke down last year. Without the trails and greenways, I'm not sure I could have a safe and viable way to work.

Bicycling has been great for me mentally and physically, let's expand and promote bicycling for our community!

Cycling is how I pay my bills. Without a safe means to commute and deliver on my bicycle, I have to dodge more cars and look over my shoulder more. The efforts to raise awareness and education of motorists combined with attempts at altering the designs in traffic flow make my life safer. I would love to see these efforts continued and expanded on in our city.

I LOVE riding my bike, but it gets exhausting having to be constantly hyper vigilant because there is so little knowledge/respect for cyclists' rights and way too many distracted drivers. We have got to do a better job of learning to share the road!

I have biked to worked for nine years. When I started people thought I was odd, there were no bike lanes, green ways, and pick up trucks tried to run me off the road. Now look at us, we have come so far, please keep this moving. Now many people bike to work, we have bike lanes and greenways. Pick up trucks still try to run me off the road so more work is needed. Want my vote best talk what you are going to do to carry us forward!

Please continue Mayor Ballard's bicycle legacy. It has made Indianapolis a great community and I would love to see it continue to grow.

My husband and I are avid bicyclists. We have participated in many of the Mayor's bike rides. We hope the new mayor continues this great tradition!!

Bike and Pedestrian infrastructure has the highest ROI of any, and improves quality of life. It's a win-win.

Supporting trails and bicycle infrastructure is actually supporting healthy individuals, communities and economies! Great communities build trails, and great trails build community!

I have been riding my bike to work for ten years thanks to infrastructure like the Monon, Cultural Trail and bike lanes, this wouldn't be possible. I'd like to see more in the way of sidewalks and separated bike paths through out Marion County.

Bikes can save this city, if you let'em.
