The undersigned property owners of homes and land lots in Tiers I and II, and in the Rockbridge/ Old Rockbridge section of Tier IV of the Scottdale Overlay, DO NOT SUPPORT the proposed Scottdale Overlay Text Amendment changes as shown on the attached DeKalb County Parcel Map. We either own: (i) properties that will be reclassified by the text amendment; (ii) adjoin or are across the street from said properties; and/ or (iii) are within close proximity to said properties.

Totally against this amendment. It really messes with the property values for all of us in the overlay. Why is this even being considered???
Keep our neighborhood the way it is. We bought here specifically because of the current zoning and this change would just ruin everything.

This is ridiculous. Leave us alone and stop trying to change the rules just to suit developers. Nobody asked for this.
