The undersigned property owners of homes and land lots in Tiers I and II, and in the Rockbridge/ Old Rockbridge section of Tier IV of the Scottdale Overlay, DO NOT SUPPORT the proposed Scottdale Overlay Text Amendment changes as shown on the attached DeKalb County Parcel Map. We either own: (i) properties that will be reclassified by the text amendment; (ii) adjoin or are across the street from said properties; and/ or (iii) are within close proximity to said properties.
