Dear Members of the U.S. Congress

On the brink of this BLACK HISTORY month.  Would it please you to assist your nation and the African American community which is under the clouds of some terrible message from two Federal Judges in Northern Florida stating that "The Roys (African American) own property in an area that HISTORICALLY has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED.  There was no sign indicating such gruesome language.   Why is such a language needed to address an African American family empoverished by such action.  While you want to promote jobs, two Judges are helping removing them under the flag of resistance to the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964.  We thought that was over but, here we face the same thing again.  This is a disgrace and it is painful as the Roys, lost their case and all their rights in a sweeping and biased move that awarded the WHITE OPPONENTS that insulted the Roys and the Roys did absolutely nothing wrong.  The community cannot continue to receive that kind of a treatment under your leadership.  The Roys have filed a complaint of JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT but, the Community will need your  reassurance that there will be no turning back on the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT of 1964 that promised to eliminate Segregation and promted integration, which is the basis for AMERICA BUILT TO LAST message you delivered at the last State of the Union address.  What these Judges said here can send a strongly negative message around the globe that can further stir the anger of those who oppose us abroad. 

Would you be so kind to send a simple Amicus to the 11th cicuit and the Supreme Court to inquire about the State of this case please?  Case Appeal #11-15390-E and Federal #3:06cv95.  The Community and the nation would be happy tro know that they are protected inside our borders.  This is crucial as 9 Billion websites are beaming on this BREAKING NEWS.  Truth is free, justice is priceless and anything else money can buy.
