Penny Brotherz USA is a vending technology company based in Charlotte, NC that owns all Intellectual property rights, patents, and trademark schematic designs allowing digital vending machines and kiosk droids to accept the government issued Food Stamp (SNAP) card as a suitable payment . As of April 2014 the government's Food and Nutrition Service department (FNS) declined permission to accept SNAP in vending or kiosk machines. SNAP is accepted in grocery stores, convenience stores,gas stations and even small " Mom & Pop" markets, placing the vending industry at a unfair disadvantage. Signing this petition will show the governments' FNS department that the vending industry and people effected by it will not take no for an answer.
