I Believe in Justice !

Who knows a boy better than his mother? Her concern is genuine and she should be given chance to meet her son regularly.

Damien is a great boy, and he has already shown his good capabilities. We all know so many autists who are brilliant these days, just look at Greta Thunberg. And Damien doesn't seem too limited by his autism either, considering how he has been able to survive the very hard and unjust conditions at his father's, and at his school, which very honestly and responsibly told Halo it wasn't meant for children like Damien. The surprising, even impressive, progress Damien managed to reap from his short opportunities at his London school, and at Piero Pellizzari's Arco di noi in Italy, show what he is capable of, and entitled to realise, for his next 70, 90 years? We just have to look at his English, self-learned, born from Iranian/Flemish parents. And his surprising maths progress. And all he learned by himself in technology, and communication. The only decent and effective way to help him recover his stolen opportunities seems to be to allow him to recover lost ground through homeschooling, from the safer and more supportive environment of his mother, while trying of course to maintain the best possible relation with his father, as destructive as it has been during the last years. Good luck to Damien! And to Halo, of course. Never easy, of course, for a woman, foreigner, against a local man, on his turf, with the seeming perfect respectability of a powerful lobbyist for one of the biggest oil producers, seeming to do all he can for his poor "disabled child". Except that Damien is not, and that the treatment he gets would destroy any of us. Damien deserves his full potential in a free world, and the world, and his family and friends, deserve a free Damien. Thanks to all of you for your well deserved support. Damien has the right to live, like any young boy.

Please let the mother and her son recuperate their human rights.

I have been following this situation for a while now and I hope Damien (Halo’s Son) receives the justice he deserves...

I know Haleh Foroudi for about a decade, and I also acknowledge how mush she loves her son. I believe any false accusation and claim in the court will damage more their son's mental health. Please put in consideration if the child mental health is as important of headman right. Thanks Majid John

So sorry to hear this Halo, I have only ever heard you talk of Damiens progress & happiness of learning new things , when your together . As a mother I know how much you love him, & how you & him not being able to spend time together will be hurting you both . His father surely should be able to compromise for the good of Damien, it's such a sad situation . As you say Damien has a beautiful soul .. I so so hope that your be together soon; and the acrimony between his mum & dad will be resolved ❤
