A new petition has come out about "preserving" traditional marriage. Allegedly it was created by a certain female preacher and her shadow clique (we don't know for sure since the creators did not have the courage to include their names).
This petition is satire but it is to point out the hypocrisy. Please read the following bible texts:
1 Corinthians 14:34
34 Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says.
1 Timothy 2:11 - 14
11 Women should learn quietly and submissively. 12 Ido not let women teach men or have authority over them. Let them listen quietly. 13 For God made Adam first, and afterward he made Eve. 14 And it was not Adam who was deceived by Satan. The woman was deceived, and sin was the result.
This certain female preacher loves to quote the bible, but obviously she only selects the texts that she wants and ignores the ones that inconvenience her life.
Please sign this petition if you are tired of hypocrisy, bigotry and hatred.
(Please note that I am in favour for the freedom of women to dictate the destiny of their lives and this is created just to prove a point, and in no means to denigrate women.)

Your rights end where mine begin. No one should have the ability to deny the rights of another based purely on what they believe to be true.
