Our hydro bill just came in for meter read on Feb 5, total charges are 606.72 and we heat with a wood stove....go figure??? Something is wrong here!!!

Enough is Enough why should we pay these outrage delivery charges I could actually stop complaining if you took out the BS charges

We are fed up with paying the extra charges on our hydro bills for the failures that the Ontario government have mademin the past! We object to the yearly increases that they have planned.

I am a retired worker living on a small pension each month..I simply cannot afford the cost of hydro....it's just too much money for people like me

I"m in shock our Hydro bills have always been around 150.00 per month, for the last two months they are almost 500.00 per month. We live in a small farmhouse , just the two of us and on limited incomes.We have lived here for almost 3 yrs and these last two bills are eating up any extra money we might have,I don't understand what has happened because nothing has changed, I don't know what we will do if the Hydro bills keep coming in that high.Probably have to find something cheaper, cause at that price we will not be able to pay any other bills or our rent. something has to change.

Hydro and the govt. need to be independently audited for the past decade. They are ripping the public off and need to be stopped. My bills are hard to understand, the delivery charge is ridiculous and the debt retirement charge must stop. Get it together Kathleen Wynne! Bills should not have doubled in so short a time. VERY WRONG!

Second time this year we have had to complain to Ombudsman office for billing problems. We need a class action lawsuit asap!!!!
