Selling our public assets will not be in our best interest. Look what happened to the 407.

My hydro bill is almost the same payment as my mortgage.

i'm always a month behind. I am on a fixed income and almost every month there is a threat of disconnection. North Bay Hydro actually charges me $30 for the paper to threaten me with the disconnection. It's outrageous.

Enough is enough, we simply cannot afford to carry on this way

Enough. I live in a small house in Alexandria Ont. Both my husband and I work all day and nothing is used during that time. My hydro bill is $400.00 a month on budget billing. This is ridiculous.

Half of our bill is just delivery charges. This is bs and it needs to change. We live with one light on and bbq all our food...how is our bill over 200 a month for that? This needs to change we cant afford these rates

Today i signed up for a brand new bill to my house in my name because the other tenant that was living there is moving and hydro one wants me to pay $952.00 based on a 2.5 month basis. Now for someone who has never had a hydro one account they are expecting me to pay them nearly 1000 dollars. This is ridiculous, I'm a 19yo guy who work a 20 hour part time job, who has a credit card bill, satellite bill and phone bill already on the go, I simply cannot afford a 1000 dollar hydro bill even before my first bill comes in. Enough is Enough

Finally! Blessed be your souls. Let's all get on board here and gather in great numbers and unity to effect immediate fundamental change and hold those accountable for their flagrant disrespect for the common person. Thank you. ps Who else should I be contacting ?

I certainly applaud the efforts of those dedicated to this cause.I have been pursuing my objections on charges on my own for years now. So it is great to see more people taking it on. However from what i see one of the main suggested protest methods is to write or e-mail the Premiere or the Minister of Energy. I can tell you from multiple experiences with both. They couldn't care less. The don't answer any e-mails sent to them. So it is a total waste of time and effort. Also i note a polite approach to the petitions and objections. They don't understand that language. If you are serious up the rhetoric and increase the militancy. Then perhaps a change MIGHT occur. When the Premiere when asked a question about hydro rates gets up and leaves the legislature what does that indicate. It indicates distain/arrogance/and disrespect . How do YOU feel about that?

this government is out of control and cannot relate to the residents of Ontario. We need to stop this stupidity now..our bills are astronomically high for no good reason except the "green dream" which is becoming a nightmare for us the Ontario residence.

Iam on odsp & we are still struggling with our bill from 2014 in which we never received a bill for 1yr1/2 amounting to $6,600. We are on propane now & they still won't lower our payments. I hate hydro & always have. It's more than my mortgage.
