Last month almost 450 dollars just in delivery, debt retirement, regulatory charges and HST. Total bill $823!!And using an energy efficient Geothermal Water Source Furnace in a passive solar home

Hydro One is taking all of us to the cleaners. All of the delivery charges, etc. doubles our bills. Its getting to the point of putting people in dire financial
straits.

I can't afford to pay my monthly hydro bills. I am currently living on my overdraft. I am also a new client to hydro one... so imagine my shock and despair when the bill comes in. $400 for a one bedroom condo - when only 2 stats (out of 7) are one - that means five are OFF - including my bedroom, bathroom and laundry room! If I actually lived comfortably my bills would be over a $1000. Heating should be affordable to all. Its a necessity NOT a luxury.

The cost of electricity is atrocious and the whole billing of this necessary utility should be looked at. I feel as though we are paying for something that was not managed properly.
