Was charged over $600 dollars a single bill for a bunk house in which the power was used in 2014. Have had to call to sort out total garbage created by the new computer program. Each time, took 3 to 8 days to get to a level of supervisor who could fix it. Right there is an opportunity for a huge cut in their costs. Hydro One is killing rural Ontario.

Hydro bills are totally out of control... and rising..something has to be done..people are going without food just to keep up with their Hydro bills...shame on you Hydro one..you are very greedy...delivery charges are MORE than hydro usage monthly..and EVERYONE pays delivery...REALLY

I am a senior and I'm glad I am on my way out! fed up with the cost of hydro, it is a necessity so it cant be cancelled. Signed Pissed off old lady!

I guess the only way the CEO and the group at Headquarters can continually give themselves raises, is to continually raise OUR costs! Enough is enough.
