Blowing billions and "matter-of-factly" suggesting massive rate increases will not cut it any more. Accountability is a must in the future and strategies need to be clearly articulated.

the ceo can gtie himself a raise meanwhile the rest of us struggle to pay. when you phone for an explaination you get the gears from someone who dosant have a clue . and the bullshit letters stating that im doing better than my neibours doing his bills are less than mine and he knows he uses more power than I do .maybe we all should refuse to pay for 60 days all of ont. maybe somebody will listen?
