I would love a Hi-Vee or a Woodmans to come to Rapid City! Walmart shelves are never stocked. I don't care if I only have 5 items on my shopping list. I'll walk out of there without at least one of them.

We need a HyVee in Rapid City! Not only do we have 70,000 in town, but the city is a hub for a much larger population!
