Hwy 41 and Pleasant Valley Rd Traffic Light

Please consider a safer alternative for this intersection. These are elementary school children!!!

Please put our children's sisters FIRST BEFORE it's too late!!!

Very dangerous intersection. To many children's lives are at stake. Have seen 2 accidents recently.

A red light is needed

I have seen way too many close calls/accidents here. I think a red light would definitely benefit the safety of people trying to enter or leave the school.

Set the light to only work during am and afternoon school times. Let it flash red for Pleasant Valley and yellow for hwy41 all other times.

Very unsafe in the mornings and afternoons. We must protect all life, especially the ones whom are to little do it for themselves.

My child has been a student at Clearcreek Elementary for 5 years now. And over the years, I have seen many severe accidents and tons and tons of near misses. There should definitely be a light at this intersection.

My daughter is in 1st grade and this intersection is horrible. I have seen 2 of these accidents myself. People are using 41 instead of 75 and speeding way over speed limit 55. They are driving 65 to 80 miles an hour on this road. Need to slow down this traffic. Light would be best but also how about school zone lights at 45 mph would also help.

The school children are in such great peril. If not a red light then maybe a three way stop are a roundabout.

Do not let someone have to die or get seriously injured before a light is placed.. when the decision was made to put the school here a light should have been put in place.

I am a teacher here at CCES. It is very dark in the morning in this area. On rainy mornings it is very difficult to see and determine where cars are traveling. The right hand turn lane is not long enough and many cars do not yield to left hand turning cars. It is a confusing area. A light will make this area much safer and easier to navigate through. Please consider this for our kids and staff.

Please this section is extremely dangerous, and needs a relight, thank you for your time in this matter.

This is very much needed.

Vehicles cresting the hill traveling north on 41 appear suddenly due to the angle and speed traveling. Vehicles in the turn lane to turn right on Pleasant Valley block the view for people in smaller vehicles. Traffic backs up sometimes all the way to Clear Creek Elementary because of the heavy flow of traffic on 41. Often the wait is 8-10 minutes to get turned heading south. It is dangerous, and I have had several near misses due to lack of visibility with the hill or vehicles turning right onto Pleasant Valley.

I have seen numerous accidents at this intersection since this school has been there. It is dangerous and it takes to long for the line to move especially in the mornings.
