Councillors of Brampton pls represent the interest of Brampton and stop selling us out. Vote yes to the LRT and stop the rhetoric and lies for a minority of special interest.
And for the love of god pls stop proposing a 'Flood Plain train' as an alternative route...ugh. Some of us actually like walking along the Etobicoke Creek.

LRT will fight gridlock in Brampton my home for the past 30 years. With FULL FUNDING to build to us it is a no brainer VOTE YES!!

I did not sign this petition before because I didn't have enough information. Not that it wasn't available, I just had not taken the time to read about this matter. After watching the debate last night. I am convinced that this project must go on. I hope Counselors against it will analyze the facts with open minds and vote in favor of the LRT as proposed.

I live downtown Brampton and I know the reason why the city does not want the LRT, they believe that the LRT will destroy the natural heritage of downtown. However, the downtown bus terminal needs this LRT system, there are way too many people taking the go, there is no parking for them, people park in front of my street all the time, and the main number 2 bus is packed. This LRT system will help people travel to their destination faster, it will help the city grow. I am in support of the LRT, and hopefully city council can come to a fair vote on this.
