As a new Canadian (11 months), it is amazing to me that with the tremendous expansion of the City of Brampton, there has been no similar expansion of any infrastructure. As someone originally from Europe, I find this both equally strange and absurd.

I support the LRT development on hurontatio and main st. This will provide commuters with alternative options to move around a congested downtown. Furthermore, implementing new technology will push brampton towards prosperity and will encourage further development in the city with possible businesses and attractions.

I speak on behalf of many residents in our area (credit ridge) in support of the LRT. Healthy communities start with access to efficient and effective modes of transportation. In order to reduce congestion and gridlock on our streets, we must have good transportation planning. This addition of the LRT at no cost to the Brampton tax payers is a most welcome achievement for our great city. Please vote in favour.

The HMLRT project is critical to improve both the economic vibrancy and the physical health of Bramptonians. This LRT project will make active transportation a real option and alleviate congestion at the same time. I sincerely hope NIMBY does not win again!

The studies to date show that the proposed route is the best one. Please vote in favour of this current plan and to ensure that Brampton does not lose out on funding. Future routes can be added as necessary.
