The application dos not take into account all the relevant facts and tries to steamroll the process through.

I strongly object to substation and pylons- totally inappropriate in the countryside, long term scare on landscape - put it under the ground - its then a temporary scare.

No need for this at all. Scotland already produces more than enough electricity from wind turbines and solar panels. Save our landscapes, ecosystems, economy and national security. The subsidies given to power companies should be spent on the NHS , defence and public services. This technology is not environmentally friendly; the minerals needed produced massive destruction by mining in third world countries, which employs child labour, and the Chinese use slave labour to produce solar panels. Net zero is a disaster for our economy, and if achieved will have no impact on global temperatures.

I find the UK and Scottish governments approach to the energey transition seriously flawed and object to this proposal on the basis that there is no overall strategy.

These sub-stations and the industrial paraphernalia that goes with them are destroying the countryside. That's too high a price to pay for energy that isn't even green and is one of the highest costs in the world.

Previous objections still valid and it's not exactly reassuring that an outfit such as SSEN has been asked to resubmit an application because of errors in the original...

I strongly oppose this ill thought out application. This is not green energy, felling swathes of carbon capturing forestry & exposing populations to EMF from an unresearched magnitude of transmission (check with UKHSA!). Other European countries in group 3 oppose these necessary infrastructure upgrades undergrounding cables, using up to date technology. In Aberdeen & shire we have a global role in this technology. To use outdated, obstructive pylon technologies is ignorant, especially when we understand this will be undergrounded when it gets to England. As an area of excellence in this technology Aberdeenshire knowledge is better than this!

They will be taller than all the forests and impossible not to be a blight on the Scottish landscape forever.

If needed, In 2025 there MUST be better ways to get power to England

People don't want energy at this cost. There needs to be a better less disruptive and damaging alternative.
