Stop wasting our money and let hunters hunt 24/7 with dogs until the problem is solved.

The LA Dept of W&F are pretty good at wasting money. This is just another fine example.

I am in support of hunters reducing the number of feral hogs and removing them, rather than shooting them from a helicopter and leaving there to die and rot.

We need a petition that can be signed for the older hunters who don't have access to the internet. Or a number you can call to add you name to the list.

Longer season with dogs would help control the hogs. Just in February alone our crew took out 104 hogs.

Killing them with helicopters is bs when dog hunters only get 28 days at most to hunt them if water is not to high

There is so many of us that would do it for the joy of the hunt and filling our freezers instead of letting the meat rot on our tax dollars

The hogs are out of control....but if hunters were allowed to go in and either trap and kill them for meat, for a longer hunting season then we would NOT have to be paying helicopter shooters to kill them and leave them dead for buzzard food. If any of the hunters were to kill something out there and leave it...there would be great consequences to pay....what makes it ok for these "shooters" to kill and abandon perfectly good meat, to sit and rot for the buzzards and coyotes to get? I mean....come on!!!! It's a damn shame and wasteful....not to mention, against our belief as hunters that you EAT what you kill.......Shame on them for covering up the fact that there are just some people who enjoy killing for killing sake....That is exactly what they are allowing in this instance....Has anyone at the WMA actually read the "Hunter's Pledge" in the regulations book? Having these helicopters go in and shoot these hogs and leave the carcasses to rot is totally going against that pledge.....Shame! Shame! Shame on you!
