Disgusted that Annette would have to contend with any of this crap and deeply appreciative that she is fighting it.

The definition of insanity is repeating the same mistakes and expecting different results. We have been bombarded with new initiatives on a weekly basis the workload is not reflected in our SWF's. There has been little support and investment in faculty. We have been left to our own devices. As a result both students and faculty are overwhelmed, isolated and burned out. The lack of communication has been deafening.
