The amount of stupid people on this planet is ridiculous. Let us petition for a population control that selects only the stronger, smarter Humans at the age of 20.

It should be done in two stages:
Stage 1. Physical test, you will be tested via an army course of some kind. Where you will have to climb, run, duck and jump over obstacles of various sizes. You will also have to use teamwork and show strength to pass this.

Stage 2. Mental test, you will be tested on your IQ and knowledge of various subjects. You will need to pass all sub-tests to pass the Mental exam.

If you fail any or both of these then you should be killed. Let the strong and smart survive. Maybe then the Human Race will have a chance.
