Please sign here and support my petition, if like me and many others, you agree that all farm animals have the right to die humanely in British abattoirs. I have discovered that thousands are dying every week in this country by the savage butchery of Hallal or Kosher methods. How dare they commit such savagery!Welfare officers hate it, vets hate it, the public hate it. Why is it tolerated Let's stamp it out as soon as possible!They must be made, by law, to abide by humane methods.This is supposed to be a country of animal lovers. Let's promote the promise of as quick a death as possible to all farm animals and get rid of this intolerable cruelty. This petition will be sent to: Defra's Animal Health Corporate Headquarters in Worcester. The Prime Minister.

I am an individual who loves animals. I am a dog host who minds dogs while their owners are away.I support the RSPCA, DOGS TRUST and the PDSA. I love birds and feed a large number of our local ones. I despise cruelty to animals. I do not eat meat, fish only, and hate the fact that animals are killed at all for consumption. Nevertheless I accept that they are and feel that they must be killed humanely. I am horrified at inhumane methods and want them stamped out. No-one in our country should be allowed to kil farm animals inhumanely, but should be made to abide by our laws, whatever their religion.
