Send an email to the MUNI customer service portal today to report your specific experience with the noise levels. We need to keep piling on the pressure until they provide a public response to our demand.

i ride the j line every morning and it is just too much noise first thing.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MUNI. ITS LOUD AS HELL.
YES. I have to cover my ears every time the N train stops. way too loud.
that sound literally makes my teeth hurt after a long day at work. fix it already.
seriously though my ears are ringing by the time I get home.
