There is NO excuse for what is going on at HSWC. Someone needs to be the voice of these animals.

I've ask about adoption of a animal(dog) and it was if they cared less. Of what i was trying to do i now only deal TPC. They seem to care

we adopted from them when we got home we found the pup had hundreds of ticks on him. When I called to tell them the next day the director told me oh well that happens. My kids had ticks on them from this pup. I was very angry.

I cannot bile how the management continues to run this place and how they treat animals. I think the entire staff needs to be fired!i have heard from past volunteers of wrong doings and cruelty to animals.

My dog was abused when he spent a night there. He also developed kennel cough. This place is horrible. I hope some real change comes from this.

I have personally donated food and funds to help the Wichita County Humane Society. I am appalled that my donations were misused. I donated in good faith that everything would be going to help the animals of the shelter. This is not the way a legitimate shelter is run!

From what I've read, this place also kills animals without prior sedation - this is INHUMANE!!! Jail whoever is abusing these animals and close this hole down!

My old cat, Pasha, got sick when he had to stay ten days there in Quarantine. He died, and I had hoped they'd get better. I'm sad to say that they clearly haven't.

I wish I was aware of this stuff earlier. I have done fund raisers for bedding and food and toys and everything else for this place. I've collected money and turned it in for the humane society. But to find this out infuriates me!!!!!
