Human Rights :

We understand the importance of human rights and how it effects us as a whole. Discrimination allows for the unfair treatment of a human because of their age, cultural background, weight, gender or sexual preferences ( LGBT community ). It allows an employer to get rid of a hard working employee for whatever reason he or she chooses ( the right to quit, the right to terminate ). It allows banks to redline a certain community, deny loans to specific class of people or practice preditorial lending to the elderly. Discrimination allows children to be bullied without the help and protection of teachers that are in place to help guide their educational transition. It allows women to make $.70 to every $1.00 a man makes and allows women to unjustly keep men out the lives of their children. Discrimination allows hatred and ignorance to have a dominating platform that furthers the decline of the ideology of a great country and way of life.
