To LSC administration,

We, the undersigned students of the Human Resource Management subject in the Business Management course, are writing to express our deep concerns regarding the recent conduct of our instructor, Mr. Anand Walser. Our concerns have been compounded by the events of today, where, despite receiving a Zoom link for a scheduled online class, Mr. Walser failed to attend, causing not only a further gap in our knowledge but also wasting valuable time that we, as students, had set aside for learning.

This instance is not isolated but part of a troubling pattern where Mr. Walser has been absent for 5 out of the 10 scheduled classes. This significant shortfall in instruction has left us underprepared, particularly concerning given the looming deadline for our 4000-word assignment due in a week and a half. The cumulative effect of these absences severely undermines our ability to grasp the course material effectively and to fulfill the academic requirements expected of us.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can lead to occasional class cancellations. However, the frequency of these absences, coupled with a lack of adequate communication and remedial action, has led to considerable disruption in our educational journey. The situation not only hinders our learning but also reflects a disregard for our time and commitment to our studies.

In light of these concerns, we respectfully request the following:

1. A formal explanation for the repeated absences and particularly for today’s missed online class, along with assurances that this pattern will not continue.

2. An extension for the upcoming assignment deadline, providing us with a fair opportunity to cover the missed material and meet the requirements satisfactorily.

3. Additional resources or make-up sessions to adequately cover the content missed during these absences, ensuring we are not disadvantaged in our academic pursuits.

4. A review of the current communication protocols, ensuring that any future changes to the schedule or class cancellations are promptly and clearly communicated to all students.

We trust that the administration will address these issues with the seriousness they warrant, ensuring that the educational standards we all uphold are maintained. We are committed to our studies and wish to succeed in this course, but we need the support and reliability of our instructor to do so.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. We look forward to a constructive resolution that supports our academic achievements and respects our dedication to our studies.

Sincerely,

NCD NOV23 Level 4 Term 1 Grp C
