Hult Grading Transparency
Please join the fight and sign this petition using your full student name and Hult email.
Please sign this petition to encourage Hult to be more transparent with there grading system, allowing students and employers to quantify grades instead of ONLY using HP, P, NI and F.
Hult claims to be following in the foot steps of the leading business schools in the world by adopting the new High Pass (HP), Pass (P), Needs Improvement (NI), and Fail (F) grading system. Unlike business schools such as Harvard, Insead, and London Business School, Hult has failed to acknowledge the need to explain just what these grade boundaries need,
Being a 'international' business school, Hult should be able to acknowledge the importance of transparency and quick understanding within the business industry, but instead the school is more focused on its poor educational standards.
Universities and Business Schools around the world have a number of grading systems that can be easily translated:
Distinction, Merit, Pass, Fail
A, B, C, D, F
1st, 2.1, 2.2, 3rd, Fail
4, 3, 2 1 (GPA)
But all of these have one thing in common. Almost all other Universities and Business Schools allow their students to know just where they fit into each category through the use of percentage. Hult fails to do this, and this is what we would like to change.
