The nature of this problem is that there is an extremely insufficient focus on group healthcare not only at Ohio University campus but other campuses as well. We know this is problematic due to first hand experiences as well as personal claims made on campus. We also know, after much research, that there is a direct link between college students health and their academic achievement, according to the University of Minnesota.

Therefore, in order to improve Hudson’s services, The University Medical Associates should have random facility drop-ins twice a semester to assure that the Center is being run efficiently and effectively, being judged by length of wait time, positive patient feedback, and other similar factors.
