This Petition calls for Kyle Marian to be fired effective immediately! Kyle has been part of Darien High school for some time. He works both as special ed and as the Darien High School varsity basketball coach. The reasons why Kyle should be fired are endless, but I shall address the more important reasons. Kyle works as a special ed aid and "attempts" to help the kids he works with. Reports and personal experience have shown and describe Kyle as lazy, not helpful, and distracted easily. From reports Kyle has been "helping" kids by going to their classes and sitting with them trying to work or help the kid. Reports come in saying that he is more focused on his Iphone, texting and browsing the web. Also he brings an Ipad to not only do the same thing but play games and check the news on ESPN. The kid is completely ignored and when he asks for help from Kyle, Kyle has no clue on what to do unless the answers are provided to him. Other accounts say he is rude to other kids in the classroom and acts like "My Mother". My personal experience with Kyle is the same. He does act like my mother saying what i can't and can do but not only does he yell at me he yells at the other students who he does not work with to be quiet or to do his/her work. It is not his responsibility to tell other students that he is not assigned with on how to behave. Kyle also gets kids in trouble and takes them down to the office for most outrageous things. From talking to others, listing to Ipods, and in some cases to being late for class or going to the bathroom for more than 5 minutes. He also makes an embarrassment of the kid he is assigned too by sitting right on top of them and making them stick out like a sore thumb. Recent reports tell that he is very mean to other students. One report which I find offensive and must be looked at right away by higher officials was when he was sitting behind a freshman student and the student passed a paper back saying "Do you want this?" Kyles response "Why the Hell do i need this!" Kyle cries and says things under his breath when he has to actually do his job and help out the student. This petitions purpose is to fire Kyle Marian for laziness, non helpful,distracted easily, and being rude. Although there is more reasons, I can't write all about them. I am representing the whole body of the students who sign this petition to help make Darien High School a better place by firing Kyle Marian and finding a better replacement!
