One of my brother died intestate and under section 8 (ii) two brothers are surviving. The eldest brother and his son appointed as nominee for Bank Accounts and other investments are not coming forward for settlement and deceiving me of the benefits knowing fully well that I have performed his Last Rites under Hindu Brahmin Customs and Practice. Suggest me the ways to file the Writ Petition in the High Court but I do not sufficient financial status for doing so. Need guidance urgently since they are not responding for legal notice and also the Notice served on them by the District Legal Aid Service of the Sub Court.
