We have had 4 instances in June of 2011 of human fecal matter thrown in our HRP pool. This year, June 14, 2012, we also have had a 5th instance. This matter of vandalism will continue unless we take active measures to stop it. Last year a survey was conducted for security cameras. We need these to prevent further vandalism. This is a proven method of deterence. Also, as cited by Malcom Gladwell in the "Tipping Point", small infractions will mount to larger ones. Fecal matter today, all out vandalism tomorrow.
