Halifax Rewards Motorcyclists Environmental Initiative We the undersigned are in support of the HRM Environmental Initiative, to have all Halifax Regional Municipality metered parking free of charge for motorcycles and scooters. We believe this is a reasonable environmental initiative for Halifax to implement, which would be in line with other major centers, which have rewarded their motorcyclists for driving vehicles that use less fuel and produce fewer emissions than other modes of transportation. We thank you for your support and consideration of this petition, which would no doubt serve to further enhance the great appeal of Nova Scotia as one of the worlds most popular motorcycling destinations.
