Dogs and cats feel love fear and panic. They are loyal loving creatures. Many of these animals that are tortured on purpose were peoples kidnapped pets. This is wrong, barbaric, horrific and unnecessary.

There is no excuse as to why any U.S. Rep. would not co-sponsor this Resolution. The U.S. needs to send a loud an clear message to all countries that engage in this heinous practice that torturing any animal is simply not acceptable!
