This is abhorrent and has to be stopped immediately. Such barbarity has NO place in the 21st century. I am ashamed of your country and your lack of morals and humanity.
Please listen to your constituents, and Cosponsor HRes401 to help chance the horrific reality that those innocent animals go through in the daily basis.

I cannot believe that this is allowed in the USA. Come on, dogs ave people in hurricanes and they are rescue dogs and dogs for the blind.......What could be a worse thank you for what dogs do FOR US! Please treat dogs as they deserve - with love and kindness and joy. Thank you.
